If Sunday afternoon is a problem for a lot of youth groups then please suggest what a better time during the week would be. Sunday afternoon was looked at because ‘Goals’ are very quiet during that time which means there are a lot of spare pitches to use.

It would be great if other youth groups can help us with this endeavour because it would be good to see different churches from the area working together to help a great cause. I think it would be good to get the gazette to report on this and get some good publicity for Christian Youth work in Teesside.

The members of the Youth Group at South Bank Baptist Church really want this tournament to happen but we cannot make this happen on our own, so Youth Leaders of Teesside – Please help us!

Attached is the poster for the event and registration form. Please can you fill out a registration form and send it to me asap? This is so I can plan the tournament. Each youth group can enter more than 1 team and also Youth Leaders can play too.

Having had an amazing few months with the start of Cafe Church in Stokesley and a new music club Jaime has begun, we look forward with a real sense that God is on the move in this area.

We are always surprised by God and even today, a small discussion class changed direction entirely as a previously less interested group grasped there need to know more and asked real and genuine searching questions of faith.

Summer terms can be stressful for those doing exams and we are always looking at ways to support these students and show them how trusting in God is the way forward.

Jaime, Neil and Matty are busy looking ahead now to the next cafe church and the next S1 event, we just hope the sunshine comes back haha
